Reaching Our Audience
We have reached our audience through different aspects throughout the production of our film. At the beginning in our choice of genre we done research into what is the more popular and viewed genre for young adults and it came to a conclusion of Drama/Thriller. We wanted to make our locations noticeable, so when the audience watch our film they recognise well established locations such as Oxford Street to relate to the audience more successfully. In the choice of actors we just wanted ordinary teenagers so it would be more appealing to the audience and supports Urban films better than most other age groups.
Promoting
This film will have a cinema preview aimed at teenage students, then eventually if the film is successful it will be released on DVD available for people to buy and share. This will create a wider audience as people tend to watch films with others such as peers and family members.
This will let the film receive a wider audience and another audience in which was not anticipated with is adults.
